Building & Grounds Committee:

Recognizing that church properties are the largest asset of the church, the purpose of the committee is to plan and implement a schedule that will maintain the church properties in a safe, clean, and functioning condition. It is also the purpose of the committee to coordinate with any adhoc committees to insure the policies and procedures are followed when any committee calls for purchasing equipment and/or services that will enhance the church properties in any manner. The committee takes responsibility for the audit of church properties to submit, on a yearly basis, a request for capital improvement of facilities—including church grounds.
