WORSHIP AND MUSIC

Responsibilities: To have input and involvement in the various aspects of the Worship Service and to report this to the council. Such as:

• Worship Planning (Service Times, Guest Preachers, Church year season, Variety of worship forms and music occasional additions to worship service)
• Altar Guild
• Parmanents
• Heart Prairie Church
• Awareness of music scheduling
• Seasonal decorating
• Support and supervising music staff
• Supporting the choirs
• Schedule tuning and repair of music equipment
• Serve as advisory and contact for Worship participants (Assisting Ministers, Communion Servers, Sacristy Assistants, Ushers)
• Sponsors a social hour for Heart Prairie oil lamp services
• Keep the congregation informed through newsletter articles
• Submit an annual budget and an annual report
